"Used 3 packs [of Flour Mix] this weekend. The quality of the mix is excellent, we made a few batches of ravioli and left over a couple of days without any discolouration - it retained the yellow nicely.
The consistency is also excellent...Following the instructions
made a lovely silky dough...The taste was perfect, easy to cook with bite.
I have also been making fillings much more dry and adding fine
