Our award-winning range of Premium fresh pasta is made in North Italy using traditional methods of production with “00” flour, free-range egg (20% min), and the finest artisan produced fillings such as venison marinated in wine and braised to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
So simple to prepare: simmer for 4-5 minutes in salted water;
drain and serve with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
