t’s really simple! Once your egg fresh pasta dough is ready, roll the
dough through the pasta machine five times using the thickest setting, and folding the pasta in half before each time.
Roll it again, once through each setting from thickest to thinnest until you achieve the desired width.
Cut the rolled dough into tagliatelle,
papardelle, lasagne sheets, or tortelloni squares to make your own filled pasta at home (the packaging ncludes a recipe for the filling). |
