Our Classic range of fresh pasta is made in North Italy using traditional methods of production with “00” flour, high egg content (20% min), and full flavoured ingredients for the fillings.
So simple to prepare: simmer for 4-5 minutes in salted water;
drain and serve with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
