HOW TO SELL LOOSE PASTA
CHOOSE | Choose your favourite flavours
Select 2-3 flavours of our wide selection of filled pasta. You can play with seasonality, indulge those who favour vegetarian, or simply mix as many flavours as you like every time you order.

Orders are taken from Monday to Thursday until 12pm and delivered the following morning to you by overnight courier. The minimum order is 15 kilo bags, and cases can be mixed.
DISPLAY | Display on your serve-over counter
Display no more than a kilo at a time and keep the rest of the pasta in the freezer. The pasta will last a few months frozen, up to two weeks chilled in the original unopened packaging, and three days on display. For best results replenish the display directly from frozen and sprinkle lightly with rice flour. Keep the displayed pasta covered with the clear lid at all times to avoid the pasta from drying with the chiller’s cold draft.
